as of october 19,2002 i have lost from 290pounds to 232.5pounds. that is a total of 57.5 pounds. i feel ok about this, have been on a plateau the last 2 weeks, but know it takes time and am watching and very aware of what i am eating... a little slow in the work out department, theweatheris getting cooler so it will be mucheasier toget out and about.
