He does not try to persuade patients to have the procedure but is very supportive if a patient requests the surgery. The office was very helpful in locating a surgeon who took my insurance. His office staff have been very supportive and are my cheering section."

5. His pre-op program seems to be determined on an individual basis -- depending on the patient's knowledge level. Pre-op I was not required to have nutritional counseling, attend a group session, or have a psychological evaluation. He knew I was an RN and had done extensive research on my own."
