Hey, sorry I didn't get your message sooner or I would have been there!!! I really hate I missed you! I will find out sooner for November, I promise. I hope you are doing great. I feel wonderful these days. Also I haven't lost any hair either! I have heard so much about people losing their hair and mine is still strong and growing thank God! I have also lost 63 pounds so far and have an enormous amount of energy. My family is loving my happier more energetic attitude. Life is great!!! Take care and God Bless!!

Hi Tavia, How are you? Sounds like you are doing wonderful and glad to hear it!!! As for me I am back at work now and have more energy than I know what to do with. I am really amazed at how good I feel since I have no sugar in my diet. This month has been pretty good for me. I have now lost 26 pounds plus the 6 right before surgury for a total of 32 pounds. Boy my clothes are fitting loose now. I am loving it!! I only regret not doing this sooner. Take care girl and God Bless!! Penny

Hey girl, Haven't heard from you in a while! We need you to update and let us know how it's going. All is great with me, as of today 07-11-04 I have lost 12 pounds. Mom thinks it is too fast and wants me to call and ask tomorrow. Maybe I will???? I really hope great things are happening for you!!! Miss Ya, Penny.

Hi Tavia! Congrats on having your surgery! I bet you feel relieved now. It's over and now you are on the other side and can join the ranks of the losers. Welcome, my friend!!! Happy RE-Birthday to you! From this day forward you life will change forever. Just try to take it easy and remember to sip, walk, deep breathe and cough. These first few days are rough, but I assure you they get better with each passing day. I just wanted you to know that I was thinking about you today and that you are in my thoughts and prayers for an uncomplicated, swift recovery. You are an official loser!!
