"Dr. Strodel was really great! He went over all the information about the surgery. He gave me alot of affirmation on my decision on having the surgery. Dr. Strodel explained to me why I was a good candidate for the surgery. One of the best things is he made me feel like I wasn't being rushed, like answering my questions and concerns was the most important thing in the world. I also spoke with the "Trauma Surgeon." Which really helped me understand the risks and percentages. My impression of the staff wasn't great at first but then I spoke with Debbie the person in charge of the insurance claims and she became my best friend. So, I'm really pleased. I haven't had surgery yet so we'll see about bedside manner. But, all in all I feel really confident."
