"I've only met him once so far, but first impressions were good. He talked in a language that I understood, answered all of my questions, and made me feel at ease with my decision. His staff seems to be very friendly and attentive. There is a strong emphasis on aftercare. And, yes the aftercare program seems like it will be very structered. Risks of surgery were addressed very honestly and detailed. I would rate the office very well at this point."
