today 12-2-02 i had an appt. with pcp, which i will be seeing every month, for a follow up.wasn't able to get a date yet on weight class.still going to curves, its not too bad, but my knees hurt all the time.will update again in a month. i just feel disappointed because i didn't accomplish anything this month. hope to hear simething soon. merry christmas to everyone.

Hi..Thank you for the kind words. Yes my day is 2 days away ...Im very nervous but ready..ready for it took me along time to bring myself to this point....so don't give up!!..Stay focused and keep the faith with the Lord he shall put us on our paths. ..God Bless and good luck ...
