"I met with Dr Heydari and his assistant, Sandy. They were absolutely terrific. I had been approved for surgery thru BTC, but my insurance company did not inform me that BTC was "out of network" and two days before my surgery, thank goodness, BTC informed me that my out of pocket expense would be $5500.00 PLUS.
At that time I had to cancel the surgery and regroup.
Via three references from Dr. Heydari's patients from this website, I made and appointment to see him. His assistant Sandy was so professional! And he is terrific. I would rate this doctor and his staff at a 10! He went over all the plus and negatives of the surgery. He answered all my questions about his qualifications.
My paperwork at his office was complete and NIMC was on phone with me within two days of my appointment to schedule the required tests. Dr. Heydari's surgical bariatric nurse was on the phone as well within 72 hours.
