"The staff tried real hard but the step down process was horrible. You're in a room with two other people and its very noisy and unrestful. I was in with two men and I felt this was totally inappropriate. Sometimes the other patients left their lights and TV's on all night and it was not peaceful at all. The one nurse seemed a bit overworked. I would suggest a different set-up with more privacy."
