"Dr. Rivera is now retired. He retired February 28th. He did a good job with me. My first impression was that he was too busy and that I would not have enough time with him. He made time for me and I am happy with everything that he did. He is sometimes hard to understand with his heavy accent. He had me come back to the office often for check ups and to check my blood.
