"The pre-op staff is excellent, the surgery staff is excellent, the floor staff is pretty bad. I couldn't get a cup of water for several hours and my pain medicine requests were ignored for several hours at a time. My automatic pain delivery thingy didn't work and many people echo the same complaints. Once I got to the floor it was terrible. Dietary people were wonderful. I couldn't get even towels or a clean gown from the floor staff (5th floor). I couldn't wait to get out and go home."
