"Dr. RUMBAUT: 7/6/01 I am now a self-pay and am going to go to Monterrey to have this done. Going to have LAP-RNY (Fobi) I have studied my options - emailed and called several people, everyone LOVES Dr. Rumbaut! I can't wait to meet him. I talked to him on the phone (he speaks better English than I do!) His office staff has been wonderful, setting up my hotel arrangements and rides to and from the airport. We should be so lucky to have a US surgeon give us his cell number and call us personally! I am feeling pretty lucky! He's a "10!" and so is Josey!
