"I take 3 to 4 capsules a day. My laabs have been usually good. I have added a b complex vitamin to it. I recomend the capsules over the tablets. If you have trouble getting down the tablet, it tastes horrible."
"He was very tall and good looking. However, I am impressed with his skill. My surgery was suppose to take 90 minutes to 2 hours. Instead it took about an hour. I would recommend the laproscopic proceedures that he does to anyone that is considering the surgery. If he has a weight limit on how heavy anyone can be to have the surgery laproscopically, then it has to be in the 400 lb range."
