"11-08-01 Dr. Ganser was very nice and caring. He answered all of my quesions and was very sympathetic to my weight problem. He emphasized the importance ot the life time changes and reviewed all the risks of surgery. I would reccommed him to anyone considering surgery. Today was my consultation appointment with him. Now I am waiting for insurance approval. Office staff was very friendly also. "
