Wow!!! Not only crossing over the 200 threshhold, but your BMI is 36. Keep working hard at it. Let me know if you want to go for a walk around the neighborhood. Hope you had a nice trip back home. Paul came by Saturday night, when he saw me come home from shopping. We visited for a little while. Happy Thanksgiving to you and Paul, Jason, Adam and, of course, Trinity. Hi Connie, I saw your question when I rec'd the daily psotings, a good online place to buy medic alert bracelets is http://www.mediccareinc.com/ They will engrave whatever you'd like on it. Hope this helps, Debbietulagirl 21 years, 9 months ago
Connie, I hope that everything is going well for you. It was nice to get a message from someone who even knows where Sioux City is. I live in a small town in Nebraska but work at Mercy Medical Center. The same place I had my surgery. My surgery went well, I am still very sore. I am having a hard time switching from the clear liquids to the full liquid diet. Are you past that part yet? God bless you and keep on losing.Trish R. 21 years, 9 months ago
