"I liked him from the beginning. He answered all the questions that my husband and I asked him and he didn't try to rush us. He was very confident and I felt safe with him. I have continued to be impressed with him and I have not heard a negative report about him or his staff. Plus, he is not bad looking and that is an added plus! HaHa He does stress aftercare and BTC-Ohio does have a structured aftercare program. He was very honest and upfront about the risks of surgery and did not try to sugar coat things. He wanted both my husband and me to know upfront just what I was to expect. This is major surgery and there would be pain and risks. This surgery NOT for everyone and he wanted to make sure I was having this surgery for the right reasons. I truly feel that a surgeon must be both surgically competent and have a great bedside manner. I know I have found both of these with Dr. Viglianco and his staff."
