"I liked Dr. Bonnani from the moment I met him. Recently, I was admitted to the hospital with what was diagnosed as a gall bladder problem. I spent 7 very stressful days wondering what would happen. Would I have to have my gall bladder removed and postpone my gastric bypass surgery. Dr. Bonnani was there for me the entire time. I was finally diagnosed with gall stones and severe ulcers. I am now being treated for both and my surgery will go on as scheduled. The Dr. and his staff have been very supportive. Paula Beam is the program coordinator for this surgery and the Dr.'s very 1st laproscopic. She can relate to everything I am going thru. The detail that they have provided me with regarding the surgery itself, my recovery period, my diet, nutrition, complications, etc. is very thorough. I believe that they have done all they can to prepare me for this. The rest is up to me. I will see the Dr. regularly after my surgery and can contact him or Paula at any time. They have been fantastic! Just make sure that you ask all your questions and receive satisfactory answers. If you don't understand something, don't move on to another question. Have the Dr. explain it again and again if necessary. Dr. Bonnani is very busy and doesn't remember every detail about every patient. But if you ask him, I believe he will answer any questions you may have."
