I had my second plastic surgery on June 10 and it went well. I am very happy with the results of my gastric bypass and all my plastic surgeries. I think I want to have my thighs done but not right now. I recently had another knee surgery so I've had enough surgeries for one year. My hubby and I will be going on a cruise in November to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Things couldn't be better. Janice

I wanted to post a little update. I had some plastic surgery on 2/10/04 - abdominoplasty, liposuction, bilateral brachioplasty and hernia repair. Thanks goodness they found the hernia during the surgery. The surgeon that they called in to repair the hernia said that a part of my bowel was stuck inside the hernia and I would have been in the ER within a week for emergency surgery. I was lucky. I am having my second (and hopefully last) plastic surgery on June 3. I will have a mons/pubis lift and breast lift (no implants). I can't wait to get it all over and done with. I am maintaining a 114 lb. loss but I have to always remember that this is just a tool. I must work hard and do everything I need to do to maintain. Janice

I haven't posted for a very long time. I wanted to update my profile. I had surgery 10/23/02 by the wonderful Dr. Troy LeMar. I am now almost 10 months post-op and I have lost 100 lbs. I am healthy and happy and I have no regrets whatsoever. If anyone would like information about this surgery or about these surgeons or hospital, please feel free to contact me. Janice

Good luck on your surgery! You will be in my prayers. Just remember the reasons that you are doing this. YOU CAN DO IT! I hope that your surgery is uneventful and that you have a speedy recovery!

JaniBest wishes to you on 10/23. May all go well. I will be having surgery the same day (hopefully). My surgery was set for 10/11 but was cancelled. A big disappointment.
