I am a teacher with Vallejo Unified School District. Each year we have an open enrollment, If Kaiser Permanente won't cover this, I could switch my insurance to a carrier that would. I heard that Kaiser in Colorado will cover it. How do I arrange that? I spent over $15,000 in the last two years for medical expenses not covered by Blue Cross. I have a stomach ulcer and IBS.
