Tamra, Glad to see you back on the message board. You're on the right track now and your life is improving by leaps and bounds. Remember that whatever God brings us to He will bring us thru.Only God knows what is ahead but it will be a lark to find out.Take care and God Bless.

Tamra, I posted this to you back in January, but want to send it to you again as I truly believe it. You are so Precious to God and even though you may not feel it He IS there. Drop me a line if you're ever needin' some encouraging words. ~~>please know that you are lovingly being thought of. Asking God to bless you with His comfort, and to lift your spirits even as you read this. I often turn to Jeremiah 29:11...For I know the plans I have for you...plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Tamra~ There is a root too usually all reasons we overeat, sometimes we think that losing weight will fix the problems and make us happy. This is not true until we find the reason we overate to begin with. Why was our comfort in food? You are so beautiful, and that smile in your pic should last a lifetime. You have been so successful through this journey, it is your time to enjoy things that you were unable to enjoy as a mo person. It may be that now, your husband is no longer with you to enjoy this "new life" you have. I am sure he is ecstatic about your weight loss and would like to see you enjoy life. Please continue to look in all directions for something that will make you realize life is worth living and you are so important. I never would recommend pills to fix a problem, but if they make you feel better I agree with the many posts that recommend anti-depressants and counseling. We love you, Take care

Tamra, Please go see your doctor about your depression. I have been on Zoloft for 5 pluss years and it really does help. I have not begun my losing journey so I can not relate to your post op feelings but I can say that life is what you make of it! My ex boyfriend lives in Seward AK and constantly tells me how beautiful it is up there. I am actually planning on visiting him sometime next Spring. I went and looked at your profile. Why don't you update more often? I find it very helpful to express feelings and experiences and then look back on them. It cracks me up to read my posts where I am upset and stressed because now they seem so trivial. It just helps put things into perspective for me. Like I said PLEASE go talk to your doctor there is now reason to live with those kind of feelings, especially when there are meds that can help. I am here if you ever want to chat.
