"He seemed very friendly and kind. He seems very stern in making sure you know that this is just a tool that he give you. I talked to post-ops at the meeting and they all said that they wouldn't change a thing about him. And I can not say enough good things about Lisa (an office staff). She told a story about her life before surgery and my eyes just filled with tears. If she didn't have me crying she had me laughing. She know what we are all going through. "
