"1. Very thorough and personable.
2. I like him moreso now. He is very detailed in his explainations and no matter what, he takes the time to hear you.
3. Well, sometimes I thought his staff was kind of mean, but it was probably because they were so busy.
4. They were short and snappy. Not all of them and not all of the time.
5. For Dr. Madan, they should know that he will take the time you need to clearly understand what you want to know.
6. Not alot...mainly because we were trying to deal with all the preliminaries first.
7. Not sure, didn't make it that far.
8. I was given a lot of information to study and read. Dr. Madan made it clear that I could ask him anything. He even gave me email address and that has been most helpful to me.

10. I haven't gotten the surgery yet, but I know he's very competent. His bedside manner is off the hook. He has far been the best doctor I have known, except my gynecologist who is the son of the doctor who delivered me into the world. So, I would say Dr. Madan ranks very, very high."
