I am so excited. I have been thinking about having weight loss surgery for about a year or more. I finally went to Dr. Fisher's seminar not expecting to learn much because I have done so much research. Oh my gosh what a great doctor. Not only did he make me feel very comfortalbe, he made me laugh. He really knows his stuff. I was very impressed with him. I hear meeting him in person he is a little tough but I am ready. Before the seminar I was really leaning toward the gastric bypass. Now I am not sure whether to do that or the lap band. Any suggestions? I have scheduled my intake appointment for August 8th. Looking forward to the next step. I also found out today that my insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield) does not have gastric bypass on their exclusion list and it is just a matter of submitting info from the doctor. Yeah
