Well Rebecca you are standing at a point where one journey is about to end and a new life is about to begin. Just remember as you come out of surgery in to your new life your main objective is too walk. Walk as soon as they will let you not as soon as your ready(thats usually to long of a wait LOL). Good Luck many thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.

Hi Rebecca, good luck and may God bless as you have your surgery. I had my surgery nearly a month ago, and the changes in my health and in my appearance have already been dramatic. It isn't easy, but it definitely is worth it. Keep up your courage! Take care.
