Hi Brenda, I was just re-visiting the surgery page for Feb 2002 and wondered if you could give me an update on how your 2.5 years since surgery has gone? How as life changed and has having WLS been the best decision for you?? Thanks for responding and God Bless, Jackie in MI, RNY 2/8/02

Well I have been home for 2 days and I must say that every day does get better. I want to thank everyone for their well wishes and cards and throughs and prayers. It ALL helps! =)

this is it folks, she comes home tonight. we ( me and our son ) are awaiting her phone call to come and get her. she is in some pain still but that is to be expected since they took away the cool stuff lastnight. i'm sure she will be in touch with everyone who has asked about her or sent cards, and besides, she will be camping out in the living room for about a week ( we have two of the most comfy recliners ever made ) and the puter is in the next room...easy access ! later and good night. steven 02-05-02 5:30 pm
