"Dr. Maguire is a quiet, gentle man, I am told he is a Christian, which is a great plus for me (I like a man that is close to God when he is cutting on me :) He is very concerned for his patients and will not schedule more than 5 (I think, maybe less) surgeries a week so he can follow those closely. He has a free 2 1/2 hr. informational session before the surgery. You sit through a detailed power point presentation covering every detail of the RNY and the DS surgeries. His office staff was awesome, friendly, respectful. At the end of his presentation he even had 2 people (1 happened to be one of his staff) that had already had the surgery to answer any questions he hadn't answered. He and the post ops stayed and answered every question. He definetly EMPASIZED aftercare. I truly trust him emphatically. I would rate him a 9 on a scale of 1-10, just because I want to upgrade him when I get to know him better :)"
