Lynn..thanks! Sorry you had to drive so far away for your's. Right after I got approved they dropped BCBS so I made it in just in time. Good luck on your journey! You didn't say in your profile how you are doing now. Wishing you the best!

I think you are on track. all I can say is try to refocus. and cut out the foods you deep down know that it's a no no. Pastas, rice, sweets, snacking, etc focus on high protein meats. and if you can't drink water that well, what I do is I take 4, 16oz bottles and I take a spoonful of peanut butter and eat it. Believe me that will surly make you want to drink. plus it's good protein. LOL and also walking in the early morning is much cooler, that's if you can walk that early. Good Evening all you great people. I went and saw Lynn today since I was at Hurley Hospital for my Cardiac Clearance - I PASSED!! She looked absolutely great especially that big smile of hers. She was all hooked up to everything and appeared comfortable - unless she trys to get up!! It gave me so much confidence for myself next week seeing her looking so good. She said she'd probably be going home on Friday. Lynn, you take care and get stronger- God answers prayer. God is so good!!- Sally, Harrison, MI
