Christina Good luck this coming week, you'll do great! For me the week before surgery was tougher than the week after (nerves). Keep it positive, that includes listening only to positive people. You've done your homework now let the professionals take care of you. I hope all your health & weight loss dreams come true. (This morning I am under 200 from 287; surgery was in June). Best Wishes,
