"Dr. Kligman is a real professional!! He answered all my questions honestly and to the point. He drew pictures, gave me a booklet to read and even gave me a written test of my knowlege of the procedure before the surgery. He spoke to my parents, pre-op, and reassurred them that everything was going to be ok.
Dr. Kligman's right hand man, er uh, woman, is Claudia. Claudia was a godsend. When I got real nervous the day before the surgery, I called her and she gave me the reassurrance I needed. She dealt with the insurance company and got me approved in about 2 weeks. She even came to visit me in the hospital!! WOW!
I am following the diet given to me by Claudia and Dr. Kligman. They are in the process of updating it and the post-op prescriptions. I complained about one of the prescriptions costing $284.00 and Claudia said that just recently a new prescription was becoming available at a cheaper cost. All in all, I'd give Claudia and Dr. Kligman an A plus.
