"I first met Dr. Pehrsson and his staff at the orientation for WLS held at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena, Ca. He, and
his staff, was very knowledgeable and provided really good information regarding the surgical procedures, risk of surgery, hospitalization, nutrition. They even showed a film of an actual RNY - LAP procedure being done. Dr. Pehrsson prefers the RNY - LAP procedure. In terms of aftercare, his program includes continued medical evaluations, nutritional evaluations and support groups. Dr. Pehrsson's reputation preceded my meeting him. I found him to be very personable and I am looking forward to my consultation with him. I am not able to evaluate him beyond this first impression. However, I have not heard any negative comments about him."
