Hi everyone! I spoke with Andrea a few minutes ago. She sounded a bit tired but said that she is feeling pretty good today. She told me that her doctor had found two hernias and had to do an Open RNY instead of doing the Lap. She was feeling naseaus and was gagging on the tube but that she was better today than yesterday. Tee had the Lap and is doing well but running a temperature. The doctors are trying to get her temperature down. For those who would like to call Andrea the number for the hospital has changed. It is 210-575-8110. Andrea is in room 469 Bed A and Tee is in room 468 Bed B. ~Kyla

Andrea and Tee- I know your surgeries are this week, and I want you to know I will be praying for you. I know that the both of you will be coming out of this with flying colors. Good luck, Andrea! You and your daughter will do awesome. You are in good hands with Dr. Pilcher. My surgery is on the 21st with him, also, so I'll see you on the other side!

Hi Andrea. I live in Austin and will be having my surgery in Houston on July 9th. I will be praying for you both and know all will go well. Hi Andrea! I just wanted to tell you good luck with your surgery! I will be having open RNY surgery on June 14th also, so as I'm saying my prayers (which I'll be doing a lot, I'm scared to death!) I'll add you in! Good luck!
