Greetings everyone.. As of today I weigh 202 lbs.. This is approx a 128lbs loss overall.. I am doing super, I do need to excercise more, but that will come especially as the weather gets nicer..excuses excuses..Sorry it has been so long since I posted but I have been a busy boy.. Well.. I am doing pretty good.. still pain but not severe, the med Dr. Coirin gives takes care of it... I am down to 234 pounds today.. Kind of in between clothes sizes.. Feeling pretty good overall tho.. no MAJOR complaints...I will post new pics after I get my lovely wife to take them.. I do look even different from the last time you saw me.. I think my waist size is 42 now.. (WAS 52) and I am wearing XL (SINGLE X MIND YOU) shirts etc... Only 14 pounds from the CENTURY club...WOOT !! I love you too Dianne, I miss you too.. I see a trip in our future.. want to come see you guys... even if Ruby don't....

Greetings all.. I had to have endoscopy, not even a big deal.. .. The Doc found my stoma to be almost closed off.. Was having trouble even drinking water... The scope does work magic though.. I had my stoma dialated and it has made a dramatic difference.. Lost about 68 pounds so far at just under 12 weeks post op.. feeling pretty good...Treadmill Torso Trac... eeehaww!! I am working on my website of my journey.. will post the link when I finish it!! Thanks for all your well wishes!!
