"I got a free sample and tried it. The directions do not tell you to dilute it with anything, so I did not realize I was supposed to. The smell and taste were so awful I could only get half the dose down. It went. I went to bed two hours later and woke up in the middle of the night and spent close to an hour vomiting into the commode and feeling like I was being ripped apart inside. That taste and smell of the product mixed with vomit made it a night I will never forget. I will also never try this again. "
