"My first impression of Dr O was that he was a very busy man but he cared about his patients. At our first group meeting I was able to tell he has a wonderful sense of humor and is very experienced. His complication and morbidity rate is half that of the national average. His staff is very busy but helpful and friendly. He does mostly open RNY but his incision is only 4 inches. He is very big on aftercare. He explained all the risks and benefits of surgery. I would recommend him highly. Although I am happy that he has a great bedside manner, I believe his surgical competence is the most important thing."
