Melissa, Congratulations on crossing over to the loosin side! So happy to hear all the good things you have to say about Dr. Macik for he is to be my surgeon on July 15th. Originally it was Waits, but due to hip replacement surgery it is scheduled with Macik. I am a little nervous because I have never met him but I do keep hearing good things about him. Good luck for continued success with this tool and in house hunting!! Let it be fun and try not to get too stressed... (I bought a new house last summer)Anyway, keep on the path to a healthier you. Hi Melissa, Best of luck to you on your upcoming surgery!! I remember how happy, nervous, scared and excited I was just before mine. It is the best thing u can do for yourself, it is hard in the beginning but you'll do great! You're in my thoughts and prayers.

Melissa, best wishes for your upcoming surgery. I had mine in November 2000, and I have never had a single regret. One thing that may help to remember is that the nervousness is over with when you wake up in the recovery room to your new life.

Good luck to you, Melissa! Dr Macik is also doing my surgery on March 5th, so we're almost surgery buddies. Don't let the "lovely" ladies in his office give you grief - they seem to forget that we are the annoyances who pay their salaries. My thoughts and prayers will be with you on your special day.
