"My first impression of Dr. Simpson was that here is a doctor that actually cares about their patience. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgable and very easy to talk to.
My impression just got better over time. His office staff is just as great as he is. Always supportive.
There was nothing to dislike about him.
He will want you to review the information and encourages the patient to come back with questions. He also encourages the patient to do as much research as he/she can do.
The aftercare was good, he made sure my incesion was doing ok. I had a little problem following the staple/stickes removal and he was right on the problem making me feel less stressful about it.
He was realy clear to let me know all about the risks. He also included that in his intro packet.
On a scale of one (worse) to ten (best) he would rate an 11. He is one of the best doctors I've ever met.
I would have to say both, and Dr. Simpson had both of them.
I have to say that Dr. Simpson now has a support group going which is something he didn't have when I first got the surgery but I'm glad to have that extra support now."
