"She was very professional and kind. Dr. Harr throughly explained everything to me and my spouse. She asked numerous times if we had any questions. She of course emphasized the risks with the surgery. She also addressed to me how important it will be to eat the right foods for nutrition and minerals. Dr. Harr also explained that some patients have nutritional deficiencies after the surgery and may require shots. Overall I would rate her an excellent doctor. I feel she will be a wonderful surgeon with a good bedside manner. Her office was very quick in getting my insurance approval and started the pre-certification the day after my inital appointment. Two days later the lady in her office that handles the pre-certification called to set up payment arrangements. I have Blue Cross & Blue Shield (Federal Employee Program) they did not require a pre-determination only pre-certification (that is amazing!!) Everyone in her office was very nice. "
