"I had a good experience at the docs office. I wish I would have asked more questions, but I couldn't think of all of them at the time. (I should have wrote them down). He and his nursing staff were ready to answer any questins I had. He gave me information about how the lap-band worked. He showed me one. We discussed how to eat afterwards. One of his nurse had her surgery a month before, and was very helpful. She showed me her incisions, and let me feel her fill port. I was most worried about the port and how it would feel. He did address the risks of surgery. We talked about slippage of the band. The one thing I wish we would have discussed better is the cost, but they wait to see about insurance approval first. Overall I rate Dr. Spiegels office a 9. He did get me approved! Thanks Dr. Spiegel!"
