"Very personable. Kind. Neither of these impressions have changed, and I have grown to like him even more and respect his competence and value his compassion. Office staff are excellent. Helpful, efficient and personable. I can't think of anything I don't like. If you have your questions ready, he will take as much time as necessary to answer them thoroughly. He strongly stresses aftercare and expects compliance. He does have a recommended structure for aftercare but worked with me to find my best program. He was very up front about the possible problems associated with the surgery and living with the results. I would rate him 10 out of 10. Both his surgical competence and his bedside manner are exceptional. "
