"I had a great first impression of Dr. Katsis just by the was he entered the room. He was very friendly and very relaxed and confident. He put me at ease right away and
was willing to answer any of my questions without making me feel silly. The office staff was more business like than him but still pleasant. There wasn't anything I didn't like about him as right away I knew God had sent me to him as I felt it. He did emphasize aftercare was very important and also the risks of the surgery. I have already had the surgery once years ago so I knew about most of the risks. I would rate him excellent overall as he has expressed both competence and a great bedside manner.
Very unusual for me to like a doctor this much on the first visit but I just knew he was the best surgeon for me. This is just my impression of him.
