"There were MANY times my room mate (who also had the surgery the same day)and I would push the call button for some assistance ranging from help to the bathroom to needing extreme help for pain and other problems...and we would wait on average 15 mins and as long as 25 until someone would come. Our room was only feet away from the nurses station."
