I am fine after exactly one year I weight 195 pounds, less 130 pounds. I feel OK ! I appreciate the simple things. I still need to loose at least 40 more pounds. I can see my collar bone, and bones in my back, wear size 16W from 32W...Beg weight 325.

Tamaria, My Name is Mona. I just wanted to wish you Luck on your surgery Tuesday. I too will be having WLS surgery on Tuesday in Houston. I'm getting a little nervous, but I think everything will go OK.
