Kathy so glad you have made it through safely, that pain of the first couple days will pass soon. I am praying they get you surgar under control quickly and you get on to healing and getting better. Lot's of prayers headed your way.

Hello everyone. My name is Sue and I am Kathy's sister. Her surgery yesterday went just great. The doctor said he couldn't have hoped for better. Kathy has been in quite a lot of pain yesterday and today but she knew the first two days post surgery would be the worst. I am hoping she will feel better tomorrow. She has been running a slight temperature and her blood sugars are quite elevated so she has been getting doses of insulin. The nurses checking the blood sugar every 4 hrs so hopefully they will get them under control before too long. I hope I have posted this update in the right place. Thanks to all of you for your well wishes and prayers. Kathy's family, and Kathy herself really appreciate it. I'll try to keep this updated as I have time.
