Clark Warden
"dr. booth also works with dr. keith kim, and dr. clark warden. booth and kim do the bpd/ds lap w/ hand assist. and warden does it completely lap. they have a relatively short time between initial contact and surgery date. the office gals, diana, and glen, are super ladies. very kind and helpful and encouraging. i get to have dr. warden do my surgery. i will meet with him on friday july 20, 2001. he has been doing lap surgery for over 10 years and is very skilled. his nurse/assistant is lisa. she has been very sweet and helpful. they don't have a toll-free phone number, so if i call her, she will tell me to hang up and she calls me right back so they have the long distance bill and not me. :-) "
