Darn exercise...

I checked out my workout video that I bought and am a little discouraged by it; it seems too advanced for me. I need to try something, especially since I am out of work, but it is so hard for me to start. I know I don't even have to follow the video exactly, as long as I keep moving, but starting and feeling like a fool (even though no one is around), are preventing me.
