I had some complications after my surgery that required me to be hospitalized for the better part of 2 weeks, He didn't tell me what I always wanted to hear but what I had to hear.. He always made a point to ask how my husband and kids were fairing through this and seemed genuinely concerned for them too and how they were coping as well. His office has always been very professional and very orginized! Dr. Jeff is very big into aftercare and after I had surgery I had his pager number and we had to call after I was 1st discharged and he immediatly returned my husbands call, and he didn't make us feel like we were unimportant.
He was very upfront about the risks as well as the benefits.
He has a wonderful bedside manner and made mr feel completly at easy about my choice.. He is an amazing Dr. I saw him around 9 months out as he personally wanted to follow-up and monitor my health himself.. I hugged him and thanked him for giving me my life back!"
