I would call this a plateau normally but in this case it was my lack of activity. I had been walking 200-400 steps a day with my rollater and then I hurt my shoulder and not sure how. I cant lift my arm or each much with it. I have not been exercising as much. Even walking makes a big difference. I slowed down when the pain got bad and taking it easy, then I bumped my foot and broke a toenail... when it rains it pours. I did not gain which is more important and weighing in helps me stay on track and not give up. I do see that walking helps alot! I really need help with portion control and getting proper nutrition and since I cannot go out and shop I am considering nutrisystem or equivalent for the sake of convenience. I will keep blogging and looking at the forums. Hope the mommy's out there had a good mother's day. Blessings to all on your journey... I am trying to be all I can be... one pound at a time. xoxox
