Under the 370's and closer to pre-regain weight of 350ish. It feels good. I can move more but the shoulder injury slowed me down, but still losing a little each week. I hoe to walk every other day this week and next and when I feel ready back to everyday. Recently I am enjoying Atkins meal bars. They were BOGO this week so stocked up. They are yummy and do help me feel full. I got wheat cracker with peanut butter inside for a snack. Little by little adding new things.. oh and yogurt again this week.. I did miss that. Happy losing, happy blogging, happy tracking! P.s. I found a great app for medication reminders... Medisafe. It is helping me remember times taken and missed doses. Check it out if you take medications or supplements.
