4/24/06 I went to have my psych eval today and everything went great! Dr. Cashman said I would do great with the surgery and she would send a letter to Dr. Keith's office. Now all I have is the cardiologist and the dietician scheduled for 5-3-06, then it's off to the insurance company for hopeful approval.

4/21/06 i spoke to dr keith's office yesterday and i have my psych eval scheduled for 4/24/06 and my cardiologist and nutrional appt scheduled for 5/3/06. All of this is required from my insurance company. I am so nervous and hope all goes well!!!

3/14/06 I mailed my paper work off to Dr.Keiths office today and hopefully they will call me next week to find out what else I am needing to do. I am so excited that I have taken this step and will keep you informed.
