 I havent talked on been on this page in so long! I been so busy!  As far as my weight goes i am at my goal of 200lbs from 387 and i am truly happy!  I wear a reg. size 14 and i am still thick wit it! I have been traveling, and just doing a lot of things that i wouldnt ordinarily do. I meet plenty of guys!!!!!  I just got back from the Bahamas and guess what? I wore a sundress with no bra and my back was out!   I cant say how wonderful this has all been for me. I feel God gave me a new lease on life and i refuse to blow this one.  I gain and i loose. I gained about 5lbs in bahamas, but i lost 6lbs.  I just dont want to go above 205lb.  This way i stay in perspective.

Well its been a min. and i am doing great!  I feel great, Im loving the way i look and all. Things are really good for me and my family. I have lost lots of weight i stillhave about 30lbs to go to reach my goal, i was 387 now i am 230 that is a big difference to me. I wish everyone who is gonna go thru this journey much love and respect. it is a long road, and sometimes it doesnt look like it but the weight will come off.  I love going out, i love even more the attention i recieve when i go out.

Long time no blog huh? well since i last posted, i have lost 90lbs so far. im 7mths out and i think that is not enough but since then i've gotten married, and doing well. i work out 3 times a week but i need to do more. i've gone from a 28-30 to 22 bottoms and 18 tops yup my azz is phat.  but i look so good now. i will update my pics soon..  until next time, live long, and be healthy..

Okay, I know its been a min. but I'm doing just fine. My hair is longer than ever, I exercise regularly, and i try to eat good. Im still having trouble witht he protien drinks but instead i just drink the liquid.  it taste like syrup, but it gets things done.  when i went to the dr in january, i had lost 35lbs total. i dont think that is too good but the dr said it is.  I dont go back until march, but i hope i will have lost much more. I can tell in my clothes that something is gone, but i dont see it. it discourages me to not be able to see it. my husband, yes husband, told me he can tell because he can hug me and his hands touch. lol but i still cant tell. my knees dont hurt or anything, anymore, I will post some pics in march when i go to the dr. 

Hello..

I'm doing well. since I had the surgery, I lost 22lbs in my first two weeks!  I thought i should loose more, but i guess that is okay.  I am able to eat alot of different things... bvut i dont eat alot of food.  I can eat salad, potatoes, soup of course, i work out regularly, and today i did water aerobics for the first time!!  I'm trying to have lost 50lbs by the time i go back to the dr in january.  I am just working out treying to do the right things.. I need to remind myself to eat sometimes because i dont eat on a regular basis like i am supposed to.  also i need to get the protein in too. I'm having a hard time with the drinks..

Well, so far I'm doing good. I have to remember sometimes that I'm not able to eat certain things... like i took a bite of a blimpies sandwich, and chewed it a bit and spit it out.  lol...  I just wanted the taste of it and that was it.  I can't finish anything!!!  All portions have to be so small...  lol.  But its cool, I am just happy I did it. Today, I don't have so much energy, but i know it will be okay.. I jave really just slept today.

I made it!!!  I'm home and feeling pretty good.  I had surgery on the 27th and came home on the 29th.  I couldnt keep liquids down on yesterday so I  couldn't go home, but today was cool.  My incisions don't hurt much, but my belly button is still kinda sore... I hope that gets better soon.  I was up walking after the surgery to get my strength back  which was cool.  Dr. Larry Hobson performed my surgery and he did a great job.  He is really a humble man who cares about his patients.  H made sure I was comfortable through out the whole process. I was very scared, but I am glad so far that I have gone ahead with the process.
