Staying on Track

I finally logged on after a while.  I see that two fellow friends are having problems staying on track.  You know I remember Dr. Lord saying that he is giviing you a tool... what you do with it is up to you.

I do not drink sodas

I eat sugar free candy when I need it

I DO NOT, DO NOT eat and drink.  I am 30 min before/after... on rare occations I may do 15 min after depending on what I've eaten.

I eat my protein first... I eat veggies and then starches.  Rarely eat fried foods.  No rice maybe a bite here and there.

I have not gained weight but haven't lost any.... I weigh 144lbs.  I've lost 116 so far.  I would love to take the extra skin off and put my boobs and ass back and then I'd be over-joyed.
